Returning student data form - we use PowerSchool Registration at the beginning of each school year to verify the parent information and emergency contacts as well as gather the required agreements for returning students. Parent must create an account to use PowerSchool Registration. Additionally, a snapcode is necessary to complete the form. Snapcodes are sent via email, or you can contact the building secretary.

Clever portal - Clever is a single sign-on portal that enables students to access many of the digital tools that are used in the classroom. Students can log in with their badge or their West Perry Google account.

Powerschool Parent Portal - enables parents and students to see grades and attendance. Currently the parent portal is available for students in grades 6-12.

Meet The Teacher - used to schedule parent teacher conferences. 

Student Accident InsuranceStudent accident coverage is available to purchase through W. J. Moore, Inc. again this year. There are several plans available for school time and 24 hour coverage.

Weller Health Education Center Parent Resources - The Weller Center is focused on improving children's lives by giving them and their families, the tools needed to make informed and health life choices. The parent resources included videos, toolkits, the newsletter and additional tools.

Sadler Health Center - specializes in provide services to the uninsured, underinsured, Medicare and Medicaid eligible individuals. Sadler provides Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health and Tobacco Cessations as well as Prescriptive Services and the Nurse Family Partnership Program.

PA Department of Health - a link to the PA Dept of Health website, with additional links to services provided by the Dept of Health as well as relevant health topics. 

CDC HEADS UP to Youth Sports - provides specific concussion information for Parents or Young Athletes. Also has online concussion training. 

Choose My Plate - An online guide provided by the US Dept of Agriculture to help you plan the foods you eat. This resource can be helpful when trying to achieve the optimal Body Mass Index (BMI).
