West Perry Athletic Booster Club

The WPABC was created in March of 2010 in order for the West Perry School District Athletic Programs to comply with Title IX guidelines. The Executive Board members were chosen by the WP Varsity coaches and, along with the Athletic Director, WPHS Principal, and Maintenance Supervisor, created the by-laws for the WPABC. The WPABC exists to supplement, in any appropriate manner, the efforts of the school administration and faculty, to provide quality athletic programs and facilities for the students of West Perry High School.

The WPABC meets on the second Thursday of every other month (February, April, June, August, October, December) at 7:00 p.m. in WPHS room 131

Membership form for all parents/guardians

All parents or guardians of West Perry athletes receive automatic membership in the WPABC. Parents or guardians are encouraged to complete the above form and return it to the WPABC either through email ([email protected]) or through the WP coaching staff. Parents will then receive information regarding concessions, fundraising and other WPABC events. Forms may also be dropped off at the WPHS office in c/o WPABC.

Coaches should contact the WPABC to request funds or for clothing sales. Use the following forms and instructions to submit requests.

Funds Request Form - complete the form & send to Treasurer Jared Weibley. Remember to include a breakdown by dollar amount to show how expenditures will be distributed between MS, JV, and Varsity teams.

District Fundraiser Request Form - Complete the form and send to the fundraising chair, Brad Dittmer. He will forward the form to the High School office for approval. Brad is the advisor, and the coach is the contact person.
