West Perry High School's National Honor Society (NHS), in conjunction with the Susquenita NHS members, hosted Chuck-A-Duck. This event was held along with the Double-Header West Perry vs. Susquenita basketball games to help raise money for the charity of the members' choosing, which was 4 Diamonds. Four Diamond's goal is to stop childhood cancer by helping with care, support, and research. A total of $2,257 was raised for this charity. Over 1,100 ducks were sold for this event. The aim of the event is to throw ducks to win prizes. These prizes were donations from local businesses, which totaled over $1,000. West Perry NHS thanks all community members and businesses for participating in helping raise money for 4 Diamonds.
