Dr. Michele Dubaich was commissioned as Assistant Superintendent for the West Perry School District on May 18, 2022.
Dr. Dubaich earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education (Biology) from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction (Science Education) and a K-12 Principal certification from The Pennsylvania State University. She earned a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from Immaculata University and is a certified National Institute for School Leadership facilitator for the PA Inspired Leadership (PIL) Program.
Dr. Dubaich served as a biology teacher at West Perry High School from 2007-2013. Her administrative experiences include: K-12 Science and Agricultural Supervisor for the Cumberland Valley School District, Middle /High School Principal for the Greenwood School District, and most recently, Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment for the Millersburg Area School District.
Dr. Dubaich lives in Shermans Dale and is excited to once again serve the West Perry School District community.
