Congratulations to Molly Zimmerman and Joseph Wilt, who are among the 62,000 students from across the country to earn academic honors from the College Board's National Recognition Programs. They both received the National Rural and Small Town Award in recognition of their academic excellence in the classroom and on College Board assessments.
Molly Zimmerman is a varsity athlete in Field Hockey and Track and Field and the secretary of the Junior Class. She has verbally committed to continuing her athletic and academic careers playing Division I Field Hockey at Villanova University, where she plans to major in either Biology or Chemistry. She ultimately wants to work in the medical field and help others. Molly enjoys being outside and spending time with her family in her free time.
Joseph Wilt graduated early from West Perry High School. He is currently majoring in entrepreneurship at Harrisburg Area Community College. He likes to work out at the gym and learn new things in his free time.
