West Perry High School Art Students participated in PennDOT’s Paint the Plow program, which promotes winter driving safety and fosters appreciation for high school art programs and student creativity. Participating high school students design and create original artwork on a snowplow that showcases the 2025 Paint the Plow theme: Don’t race. Allow some space.
