Note from the Nurse

Welcome Back! Don’t forget to turn in your 7th grade dental report to Mrs. Magee. Dental exams can be dated within a year of the start of 7th grade. Also if you received a provisional enrollment letter from me, it means I have not received evidence of a tetanus booster (Tdap, Boostrix, Adacel) and meningitis vaccine for your child. If you have an appointment for immunizations scheduled, please let me know at kmagee@westperry.org or by calling the school. Have a safe and healthy year!
