Small Group Counseling Sessions

These sessions are developmental in nature and include students with various concerns.  A major benefit of group counseling is that students get to know other children who have similar experiences. Topics for small group counseling may include:  school behavior, friendship, organization, assertiveness, or peace making skills.  Wherever there is a need, a group can be formed to address the behavior of real concern.  Students may request to be in a group or may be referred by teachers, staff, or parents.
